There's a reason Cafe Au Lait is the queen of dahlias! She's big she's beautiful and everyone loves her. I love to see the colors transition from a beautiful pinky/buff to the more muted ivory tones. Florists love this and request it often! She doesn't really come into her own until later in the season so don't stress if you're not getting any blooms in July.
