Daffodil Acropolis

This Large (3") white daffodil with orange ruffles at the center is striking and fragrant. I love adding white daffodils to the landscape as many people have never seen them before. This is a double flowering daffodil meaning it has a double layer of petals instead of a single which only has one layer.

For optimal vase life harvest daffodils when their necks are bent but not yet open. Daffodils emit a toxic sap, so take care not to get it on your hands. This sap can affect other flowers in the vase. To combat this put daffodils in their own water for 3-4 hours before combining with other flowers. Don't recut your daffodils when putting them in with other flowers.
