Elsa Sass (5-8 eyes)

A stunning perennial with large, fragrant double flowers that are creamy-white. The fluffy flowers are surrounded by lush, dark green foliage that creates a lovely backdrop for the blooms. Elsa Sass typically grows to 2 feet tall and is one of the last to bloom making it widely used in colder climates to lengthen the cutting season of peonies. It’s important to harvest the flowers at a late stage to insure the opening of the buds.

These roots are sold with 5-8 eyes! This gives you a jump start on your first blooms. You may even see a bloom year one.
