Shiloh Noelle is a dinner plate dahlia that just shimmers (literally). I loved working with her and as you can see used the heck out of her. Every single person who got a bouquet with Shiloh Noelle just gushed over her size and beauty. She was super easy to grow and produced loads of flowers. A great dahlia.
