My sonic blooms have a blown (open) center. Typically I would cull any variety when this happens, buuuuut, these plants were so healthy and prolific I didn't have the heart to cull them. The butterflies were always on them and they're a nice compact size. I think they would be great in a border garden providing beautiful color and great for pollinators.
