Beautiful dark purple "peony" looking tulip. Sometimes mistaken for a peony because of its large(4 inch!) multi petaled blooms. Sometimes throws 2 blooms per stem. Sought after as a cut flower but also fantastic in your garden and pairs beautifully with the tulip variety Black Hero.
